Refer them and start collecting "Thank You" Referral Credit from us!

This is how it works:

It's simple, on our Rental Application is a section that displays:



If the applicant you've referred has resided for a Minimum of 3 Months as a Current Active Paying Tenant of ours we will contact you by phone to let you know that....

You'll be receiving a $50.00 Credit applied to your rental ledger!

*The Referral Program: "People Connecting People" is valid for current active paying tenant(s) renting from us and for one-time use only. Cannot be combined with any other offer or credit.

This offer is NOT valid for receiving $50.00, "Thank You" Referral's if its your job and/or duty to find and/or place a Client(s) for Housing in which you're affiliated in any Government Agency, Non-Profit Group, Organization, etc.*
