Our Roommate Rentals DO NOT permit pet(s).

For our single family / multi-family rentals, we DO permit pet(s) with restrictions: 

The list of breeds below CANNOT be accepted on our properties due to the requirement's of our insurance carrier.  Additionally, a $300.00 Pet Security Deposit for the first pet and an additional $100.00 Pet Security Deposit for a second pet, with two (2) pets max. No weight limit if property rented is a House. A weight limit of no more than 30 pounds each, fully grown if property rented is an Apartment. No aggressive Breeds allowed. Picture(s) of any and all pet(s), up to date vaccinations and the tenant(s) will need to receive a Landlord's Written Consent of Approval signed by all parties is required.

Prohibited breeds of dogs including any mixed listed below:

- Akita

- Alaskan Malamute

- American Staffordshire Terrier

- Bullmastiff

- Chow Chow

- Doberman Pinscher

- German Shepherd

- Great Dane

- Pit Bull

- Presa Canario

- Rottweiler

- Siberian Husky

- Staffordshire Bull Terrier and any Wolf Hybrid
